bits and pieces from riga

So for some mysterious reason, Riga seems to be one of those places where I can never get lost. Maybe only lost in a good way. Four weeks flew past almost as fast as just another weekend there in the "big Tartu" as i like to call my favourite city in the Baltics (no offence, Kuressaare & Tartu, I still love you too). I hosted my friends and family at the weekends and spent my time alone wandering around the blocks I hadn't discovered before. I even managed to speak some perfect basic Latvian in shops and cafes, so I could walk out with a stupid proud grin on my face. :D And to top it all off, my internship turned out to beat all my expectations!

And I am also happy for all the Estonians who got to enjoy this amazing hot weather here from the day I left six weeks ago until the day I came back. :D
